My Practice
I first
started threading over 12 years ago and believe it is the best, safest
and most effective way of facial hair removal. I completed a threading
course which is recognised and accredited by the British Guild of Beauty Therapists and HABIA. This course trained me in three different threading methods including the Asian technique, Iranian technique and Self technique. I
also hold full membership to the Guild of Beauty Therapists and Guild of Holistic Therapists and am a recognised 'home based'
therapist.

My practice is based at my home in Beckenham, Kent, where I have a dedicated treatment room for my clients.
The thread I use for Threading is 100% Cotton Threading thread from a specialist supplier and a new length of thread is used for each client to ensure maximum hygiene. The thread is designed so that it contains the right balance of bluntness and strength which will allow it to glide across the skin and ensure that it will not 'dig' into the skin. It differs from Polyester and Silk based threads which are available on the market today which, are so sharp that they tend to 'nip' the skin during Threading.
In addition to Threading, other treatments I offer are Tinting (eyebrows and eyelashes) and Eyelash Perming; for which I use salon quality products from specialist suppliers to ensure highest quality of treatment and excellent results.
